Pricing Changes for 2026
As of 1 April 2026, pricing for all our products – unless otherwise specified in the table below – will be adjusted in line with the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI) increase announced by the Office for National Statistics (ONS) on 19 February 2026, plus an additional 3.9%.

In line with Ofcom regulations, if you have an Ofcom regulated product and pay recurring charges you have the right to exit your contract for the affected services without having to pay the early termination charges.
This only applies to contracts entered either on, or after, 23 January 2014. If you wish to exit your contract on the above terms, this must be done within 30 days of receiving the relevant price increase notification.
