• Engineers have restored all fibres in break location
• Services are showing up and traffic flowing
• MSO closed – Comms to be removed 09:00am

Update 7 – 23:00

• Engineers at Dalston have identified new useable fibres
• Engineers and splicers are still working at Canning Town to identify useable working fibres
• Engineers will continue to work throughout the night on this work
• No current ETA

• Splicers remain on site checking fibre individually
• Testing remains ongoing with engineers at various locations

• Engineers remain engaged and working on red lighting the fibres to pin point the break
• Further engineers have been dispatched to expedite the resolution

• Engineers are on site with ERS and are set to perform light testing
• Design engineers are checking connectivity schematics to correlate with engineer findings.

• Engineers have been delayed in arriving at site and their ETA has been pushed back to 15:30
• Awaiting ERS engineers attending site before next updates are available

• Engineers are continue to the hub site locations to check for further faults
• ERS splicers ETA is 15:15 to asses and begin working on splicing fibre

• We are aware of an outage affecting Virgin Media circuits, this could include circuits by another carrier that have Virgin Media tail ends
• Virgin Media engineers are on site at hub sites performing fibre testing
• Fibre showing a break 7.5km on fibre towards Canning Town
• Engineers are working on plan for resolution
