20th October 2025 – Cloudflare DNS/Amazon Web Services (AWS) Issues

Update 2

We are seeing a better experience for customers who were reporting issues with intermittent web pages and accessing the internet. Amazon confirm they have resolved the issue that was reported this morning.

We ask all customers to retest.

Update 1

Daisy Group are aware an ongoing issues impacting cloud hosting services that are linked to both Cloudflare and AWS which means customers might have intermittent issues accessing a number of websites and applications.

These issues are not directly linked to Daisy products and services and will be with the website or provider a customer might be trying to access.

We have been informed that AWS is now starting to be recovered but it will take time for this to be seen across all websites and applications.
